This painting took me a long time, about year off and on but most of it came together in the last month. It's very big, it seems I worked so long on a space maybe only a couple inches across. I'll save my description. It means whatever it means to you. I've heard a lot of different interpretations and I like them all, so I'd like to keep it open!

Woah, talk about opening your third eye! This is an incredible piece!
It makes me wonder if the cave is her mind, and opening her third eye has unlocked her mind to new possibilities and truths thus shedding light on dark thoughts or situations. Maybe she has received some sort of new powerful perception without having to actually use her eyes to perceive anything.

Ha, that piece seems to be floating around a bit which i couldn't be more happy about. It's just a shame it doesn't lead back to me! I need a new website! Thanks for the kind words. This was the only painting i made that year, i really like it.
